A GET WELL MESSAGE

A Get Well Message

I thought I'd write a card for you,

Kind words were what I'd seek.

I'd tell you that I'm sorry

'bout your little "sickie" cheek.

You've been a brave 'lil soldier

And dealt with "that and this".

Maybe that little pink you see

Is where "An angel left a kiss."

So keep a good thought, say a little prayer,

Your "Boo-Boo" will fade and when you look there,

Your healing will happen

And your hands you'll be clappin'.

A fresh new layer will soon take it's place -

Once more you'll be happy with your cute little face.

Your doctor did fix it without too much guessing,

And, you will have received another of God's blessings.
