This Brand New Year

This year is almost over

A new one's on it's way

We can do the things we didn't do

Say the things we didn't say.

We can try to help our fellowman

Make this world a better place

By replacing all our grumpy looks

With a smile upon our face

If you've failed to tell somebody

They're a true friend through and through

In this New Year you can tell them

Just how much they mean to you.

If we all try in this brand New Year

To bring joy and love and peace

I know that in this brand New Year

God's blessings will never cease.
