As The Old Year Slowly Fades

As the old year slowly fades

And we welcome a brand New Year,

The old year's slate will be erased

And a clean one will appear.

We will try to do much better

In this New Year that we greet.

We will try to show more love and care

To all people that we meet.

May this New Year be filled with blessings

From our Heavenly Father above.

May He shower all of His children

With His everlasting love.
